Creepy Corner

A little corner of the dining room has turned into a creepy-cute corner …

I’ve had that fabric tucked away for years. We bought it for a Halloween Party about 10 years ago, and is just one of those things I usually forget about until Halloween is over. It’s of strange composition; feels more papery than fabric but drapes well. On top went an eccentric collection of items, including the foot bone. Nice!

To complete the tableau, I tied the paper/fabric with black/white ribbon, and then swapped out the pictures in the frames on the wall for cut-to-size Halloween scrapbook paper.

This spot is my favorite so far. But the mantel is next and could quickly take pride of place.

Hi Pam! Cool corner. I stumbled onto your site; it seems that you’ve created a great space for you and your daughter. All the best, Rebecca (Smith) Helme
